Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take? Standard UK delivery takes 1–3 working days. Next day delivery is available — select it at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Free standard UK shipping on all orders over £60.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes you can, if your order has been dispatched then please wait for it to arrive and then send it back to us for a free change.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship to 27+ countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Check your junk folder if you don't see it.


Returns & Exchanges

What's your returns policy? Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return? Pack the item exactly as it arrived, including the original packing list we sent with your order and send the package to:

How long do refunds take? We process refunds as soon as we've received and checked your return. It can still take up to 10 business days to show back up on your original payment method depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. Just note the size you need in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.

Who pays for return postage? Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.


Products & Sizing

How do your clothes fit? Our fits are generally true to size. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we'd recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What if an item is out of stock? Use the 'Notify Me' button on the product page to get an email alert when it's back in stock.

Do you have a kids range? Yes — visit the Kids section on the site. We stock a full range of junior sets and tracksuits.


Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.

Can I pay in instalments? Yes — Klarna is available at checkout. Pay later or split your payment across instalments.

How do I apply a discount code? Enter your code in the discount field at checkout before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been made.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time? No — only one discount code can be applied per order.


Rewards Programme

How do I join? Create a free account and you're automatically enrolled in Tino Sport Points.

How do I redeem my points? Log into your account at checkout. Your available points balance will appear and you can choose to apply them as a discount.

Do my points expire? Yes — points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
