Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through tinosport.co.uk, operated by Tino Sport (Company Registration No. 12026018), registered at 15 Umberston Street, London, E1 1PY.

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Orders

  • An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example, if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to verify payment.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • If we need to cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full within 5–10 business days.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.
  • Klarna payments are subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Delivery

  • Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £60. Delivery costs for other options are shown at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. Rest assured, if something goes wrong we'll be working to resolve it on our end at the same time. If the issue is taking longer than expected to sort out, we'll send a replacement.
  • International orders include the cost of transport, duties, and taxes — these are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • To start a return, repack the item as it arrived and include the original packing list from your order.
  • Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We process refunds as soon as we've received and checked your return. It can still take up to 10 business days to show back up on your original payment method depending on your bank.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not meet the above conditions.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
  • Codes are subject to expiry dates and any stated conditions.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

8. Rewards Programme

  • Tino Sport Points are available to registered account holders only.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
  • Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards programme at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including logos, product names, images, and copy — is the property of Tino Sport and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to this processing. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tino Sport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
