At Tino Sport, we aim to provide high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To return an item, simply send it back to us, preferably including the original packing list, to:

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
